Returns and exchanges on ICHIYON PLUS Online
Returns and exchanges are accepted in cases such as if the product delivered is defective or is not what you ordered.
- To return or exchange a product, please contact us within seven days after the product was shipped.
- Then, please send the product to be returned or exchanged to us within seven days after you contacted us.
- Note that products purchased on the online store may not be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.
- Please contact us before returning or exchanging a product. Note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products returned without contacting us, for any reason.
The following products may not be returned or exchanged.
- Products for which we were contacted more than seven days after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products for which the products themselves, their packages, their accessories, or the product tags are damaged or lost (unless the products were defective when delivered)
- Products noted as "No returns or exchanges" on their product details pages
- Returns and exchanges for reasons other than product defects when the orderer and the recipient differ

Products that are defective, soiled, damaged, or not what you ordered
Please accept our apologies for any products that are defective, soiled, damaged, or not what you ordered. No additional charges will apply in such cases.
In the following cases, please contact ICHIYON PLUS by email within seven days after receiving the product, including a photograph of the product you wish to return or exchange and a description of the problem.
- When the product you received is not the one you ordered (mistaken shipment)
- When the product you received is defective
- When the product you received is damaged
If the product is in stock, we will exchange it for a new one. If it is not in stock, we will refund the price when you return the product.
- Please email us the following information within seven days after the product was shipped.
- The order no.
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone no.
- Your email address
- A photograph of the product you wish to return (please take a photo showing the defect or damage)
- We will contact you in response to the content of your request.
- Send the product to be returned or exchanged to us, postage due.
- We will pay the shipping cost of returning the product.
- You may use any delivery service to return the product, but please ship it insured and with a tracking no.
- After we have received and checked the product, we will exchange it or refund the price.
How to return a product, and the address for returns
While no delivery service is specified for use in returning products to us for return or exchange, please note the following points:
- We will not be able to process returns or exchanges for products that have been lost when returned to us using a delivery method that does not issue a tracking no.
- We will not be able to process returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged or soiled during shipping when shipped uninsured.
- We are not responsible for any problems, including those described above, arising when customers ship returns to us. Please address any such problems with the delivery service directly.

Details of refunds
Details of refunds may vary with the reason for the return. A refund may take 2-3 weeks, since we need to confirm receipt of the returned product before issuing the refund.
Amount of refund = Total amount you paid (product price + consumption tax + delivery)
If your purchase was eligible for a discount (such as when purchasing multiple items or when the purchase totaled 4,500 yen or more), we will notify you of the refund amount after recalculating your charge.
Amount of refund = Total amount you paid – total amount paid after recalculation
Refund methods may vary depending on the payment method used when placing the order.
Payment by credit card
The refund will be made through the credit card issuer.
- No fees will apply.
- Depending on the closing date and other details, the credit card issuer may provide the refund through means such as offsetting it against the amount due in a later month after first processing the payment.
- The same applies in cases of Amazon pay・apple pay・Google pay.
- Funds transfer may be delayed depending on the timing (such as when the refund request is made before consecutive holidays).
